The Messages section now features a chat-style design where members can send and receive messages with documents and images in the web and mobile banking app. A new icon in the top-right makes it easy to access.
The “Notification Settings” interface has been updated with an improved design in the web banking platform.
ACH files can now be generated by admins and automatically uploaded to the core for processing directly through the Federal Reserve or the corporate credit union, as applicable, helping reduce manual work for credit unions.
Additionally, credit unions can request automatic ACH file generation at a specific time. To enable this option, please contact Blossom for configuration.
