New language preference settings
Members can now choose between English and Spanish as their preferred language in the web and mobile banking app. This setting is available on the login screen (bottom section) and in Settings under the new “Language” option.
Once selected, the preference will apply across both platforms. For example, if Spanish is set on the web, the Mobile App will also display in Spanish at the next login. The language choice is saved and linked to the member’s username for a consistent experience.
Note: This setting applies only to internal banking platform content and does not affect third-party widgets, vendors, or credit union communications such as notifications, push messages, SMS, or emails.
