New passkey authentication

Members can now use Passkey, a new device-based authentication method, to securely log in to the web and mobile banking apps without a password. Passkey setup appears once at login or can be accessed anytime from the Settings menu.

Unlike biometrics, Passkey connects directly to the platform, offering a passwordless experience that’s resistant to phishing and credential leaks. On mobile, if both Passkey and biometrics are enabled, Passkey will be prioritized for authentication. Available for Android and iOS.

The welcome message shown when a member starts a conversation can now be customized by the credit union in the web and mobile app.

Real-time check deposits with Tranzcapture

Deposits via RDC Mobile can now be configured for real-time processing using Tranzcapture. Once a check is approved, funds are immediately moved from the GL selected by the credit union.

New Passkey authentication for employees

Employees can now use Passkey, a secure device-based login method, instead of traditional passwords to access the Magic admin portal. They can set up Passkey through a one-time login prompt or from the employee profile menu.

Passkey connects directly to the platform, offering a passwordless experience and enhanced security against phishing and credential leaks.

New same‑day ACH settlement option

ACH transfers can now be processed with same-day settlement when eligible. When generating the ACH file, users will see two options for the effective date:

  • Standard: Sets the effective date to the next business day (default behavior).
  • Same day: Uses the file generation date as the effective date.

Enhanced member search in Phone Banking

Employees can now search for members by name in the phone banking system, making member lookup faster and more flexible. Previously, searches were limited to member number, phone, or email.

Role-based access controls for the “Analytics” module

Admins can now configure role-based access controls for the Analytics module, managing who can access each section. This ensures data visibility is limited to authorized users only.

A new “Applications” module has been added to the Magic admin portal, consolidating the product application configuration and tickets sections in one place. This centralized view makes it easier for admins to access and manage tools related to product applications that were previously located separately.

Automated fund transfer with Maverick card funding

When members fund with a card through Maverick, the system will now automatically transfer the funds from the GL to the member’s new account after Maverick completes the initial transfer.

New option to report transaction enrichment issues

Members can now report errors in enriched transaction details, such as merchant logo, name, location, or website, directly from the web and mobile banking apps. They can also add comments to explain the issue, track the report’s status, and once resolved, the transaction information will be updated.

The design has been updated for various components, including features and custom buttom. These updates enhance visual consistency without affecting functionality.
