  • Wasatch Peaks Credit Union is deeply rooted in Northern Utah, serving a diverse membership of 31,116 that includes families, small business owners, and hardworking individuals. The Credit Union holds assets of $607 million as of March 31, 2025, with 7 branches supported by a staff of 97 full-time equivalent employees. Headquartered in Ogden, Utah, Wasatch Peaks’ goal is to help its members achieve financial success while maintaining a strong connection to the local community.

    Wasatch Peaks went live on the Blossom You online banking platform in May 2023.

Challenges

  • Wasatch Peaks Credit Union sought a new, comprehensive digital banking and core system to help address several challenges:

  • Outdated member experience

    Members expressed frustration with the “clunky” experience offered by Wasatch Peak’s prior online banking vendor—especially when it came to mobile banking and a lack of self-service options. The user experience was outdated, and the Credit Union had little confidence in the vendor’s ability to make needed enhancements.

  • Need for a modernized, flexible platform:

    To keep up with evolving member expectations for a modern, digital experience, Wasatch Peaks sought a technologically innovative partner with a desire to continuously add new features and functionality.
